A Different Kind of Performance: Elvis James in a Martial Arts Exhibition

Elvis James developed a deep commitment to martial arts, devoting years to the study of karate and taekwondo and ultimately earning his black belt. His training became an important part of his life, both for discipline and personal fulfillment. In these photos, he and a close friend share a lighthearted sparring session, with the friend wearing Elvis James’s white gear while Elvis James appears in one of his specialty sets, the style made famous by Superfoot Wallace in the film A Force of One.
